Use of the Site and Resources
PDUnlocked.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Kristy Swol (we, us, or our). It’s for personal and professional use by Catholic and private school leaders. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and free resources (ebooks, templates, guides) for your individual implementation within your school.

This means:
✅ You can freely apply the strategies, frameworks, tools, and concepts you learn with your staff, teams, and school community (e.g., share ideas in meetings, run workshops based on the content). That’s the goal—real transformation in your world!
❌ You cannot share, distribute, forward, or reproduce the actual materials (videos, PDFs, workbooks, slide decks, login access, etc.) with anyone else, even colleagues at your school. Each leader needs their own enrollment for full access and their own growth journey.

No reselling, uploading to shared drives, or commercial use without our written permission. We may monitor use and terminate access for violations.

Intellectual Property Rights
All Site content—including the PDUnlocked Playbook, 10 Power Moves framework, tools, testimonials, and designs—is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. © 2025 Kristy Swol / PDUnlocked.

Your license (above) is personal and revocable. If you submit content (e.g., testimonials, feedback, or ideas via email, forms, or sessions), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute it (including in marketing or products). Submissions are considered “work made for hire”—you waive any moral rights and transfer all ownership to us. We don’t have to pay or credit you, but we’ll always aim to honor your contribution.

Strategy Sessions and Services
Free 45-minute strategy sessions are for Catholic and private school leaders only and are provided “as is” for informational purposes. They don’t create a formal coaching contract unless we sign a paid agreement. Future paid courses or programs will have their own terms and refund policies (outlined during enrollment). We may use recordings (with your consent) for training or marketing.

Refund Policy

At PDUnlocked, we want every Catholic and private school leader who joins us to be fully committed to their own transformation.

• Free Resources & Strategy Sessions The PDUnlocked Playbook, free templates, and 45-minute strategy sessions are completely free — no refunds needed.

• Paid Programs, Courses, and Coaching Packages Because our programs include immediate access to digital materials, personalized coaching, and community support, all sales are final. Once you enroll and gain access, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or credits under any circumstances — even if you change your mind, experience life changes, or cannot complete the program.

  This policy allows us to keep our programs intimate, high-touch, and fully dedicated to the leaders who show up ready to do the work.

  By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

User Conduct and Interactive Features
Be respectful—treat the Site like a collaborative space for fellow leaders. Don’t:
– Post or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
– Impersonate others, spam, harvest data, or interfere with the Site (e.g., viruses, hacking).
– Use the Site for commercial solicitation without permission.

We can monitor, edit, or remove content at any time. You’re responsible for your submissions and account security (use strong passwords; notify us of breaches). You must be 18+ to use the Site.

Disclaimers and No Warranties
The Site and resources are for educational and inspirational purposes only—like a conversation with a coach over coffee. Testimonials are real but not typical; your results depend on your effort, school context, and implementation.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Site is provided “as is.” No guarantees of outcomes, income, or school success. Consult your own advisors (e.g., legal, financial) for personalized advice—we’re not substitutes.

Third-party links or tools (e.g., Calendly for bookings) are not endorsed; use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PDUnlocked and Kristy Swol aren’t liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages from Site use, resources, sessions, or third-party content—even if advised of the possibility. This includes lost profits, data loss, or school disruptions.

Our total liability won’t exceed $100 (or the amount you paid, if any). Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Site, breach of these terms, or your submissions.

Termination
We can suspend or terminate your access anytime for violations, without notice or refund (except as required by law).

Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Pinellas County, Florida law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Florida courts. You waive class actions and agree to individual arbitration if we choose (under AAA rules). The prevailing party gets attorneys’ fees.

Miscellaneous
These terms are the full agreement. If any part is invalid, the rest stands. We can assign rights; you can’t without permission. No waivers unless written. Force majeure (e.g., acts of God) excuses delays.
